Daisy E. Wigginton, 84 years of Hillsboro, died Saturday, February 19, 2005. She was born July 6, 1920 in Paris, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John W. and Lucy Linville Sapp. On January 27, 1938 she was united in marriage to Roy Kenneth Wigginton who preceded her in death on October 2, 2000. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Wilbur Helterbrand of Carmel, Ohio, three sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Edith Wigginton of Seaman, Ohio, Olin and Sharon Wigginton of Highland, Ohio, Harlan and Sue Wigginton of Dayton, Ohio, 13 Grandchildren, RandyTeresaWigginton of Hillsboro, VickyJeffDavis of New Bern NC, Richard Wigginton of Raleith NC, RitaRogerDailey of Piketon, SandraGeneKut Kuhn of New Bern NC, Todd Wigginton of Hillsboro, ScottMindiWigginton of Seaman, WayneShawnaHelterbrand of Hillsboro, LaurenLeviStarnes of Dayton, SaraChadHarrall of Dayton, Sherry Bartlett of Seaman, Jeff PattyStout of Seaman, Brad Stout of Seaman, 20 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, 2 sisters, Francis Strine and Bertha Winfield both of Dayton, Ohio.

Daisy was a member of the Marshall Church of Christ and had owned and operated a Grocery Store in Carmel for several years.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the Marshall Church of Christ. Tom Stoops will officiate with burial to follow in the Marshall Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Tuesday at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home and Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the Church.
