He was born in Columbus, OH on November 11, 1958, the son of the late Woodrow and Jewell (Williams) Johnson.
Dale is survived by his wife, Carla (Smith) Johnson, children, Stephanie (Rory) Hansen, James (Jennifer) Johnson, Curtis Johnson, Jesse (Cristi) Brownlee and Tiffany Brownlee, grandchildren, Caleb Megan and Tyler Hansen, Amber, Sarah, Kaylee, AJ and Abby Johnson, Jadel Stevens and Devin Wells and great grandchildren, Espen and Prue Stevens.
