Danny Jay Wright, 59 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, October 20, 2006 at his residence.
He was born in Hillsboro, Ohio on July 21, 1947 the son of Mary Evelyn Wright.
He graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1966. He retired on May 1, 1997 after thirty years from General Motors. He was baptized at the Union Church of Christ on August 8, 2006. He was a member of the Local #801.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Imogene Wright, aunt, Dorothy Wright Templeton, and uncle, Horace "Temp" Templeton.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Wright, fiancée, Jenny Roler, grandmother, Lucille Wright, uncle and aunt, Joe and Joan Wright, all of Hillsboro, and a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Andrew Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
