Darian Powih

Darian Popeniu Powih passed away peacefully in the arms of his mother on February 4, 2019. He gained his angel wings at 8:20 AM.
Darian was the son of Faith (Resor) and Newman Powih. He is survived by his only sibling, Rose Powih, maternal grandparents, Papaw Roger and Granny Kimberly (Thompson) Resor of Hillsboro, paternal grandfather, James Popeniu Powih of Papua New Guinea, aunts, Paula Resor of Hillsboro, Belinda Powih of Papua New Guinea, Charisma Powih of Papua New Guinea and Ashley Resor of Washington Court House, uncles, RD Resor of Hillsboro, Rudolph Powih of Papua New Guinea, Joshua Powih of Papua New Guinea and Daniel Powih of Papua New Guinea, great grandparents, James and Kay Thompson of Peebles, Evelyn Resor of Mowrystown and Maria Noki of Papua New Guinea and several cousins, great aunts and uncles.
He was greeted in Heaven by his grandmother, Martha Powih, great grandpa, Harrison Resor, Sr. and great uncle Harrison Resor, Jr.
During his 3 short years on earth, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.
Dearest Darian, please know that our greatest blessing was having you. Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Friday February 8, 2019 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Mowrystown Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11:00 AM until time of services on Friday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
