David M. Anderson, 69 years of New Vienna, OH, died Friday, November 23, 2007 at the U.C. Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH.
David was born May 10, 1938 in Clinton County, Ohio, the son of the late John A. and Pauline Kelley Anderson. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by one son-in-law Chad Conner.
David retired from the New Vienna Post office where he was a rural mail carrier for many years. He was a lifelong farmer and was an avid tractor collector.
On September 8, 1978 he was united in marriage to Millie Hazlett Anderson who survives. He is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Mike Taylor of Covington, KY., Lori and Brent Probasco of Columbus, OH.; one son, David Wright of New Vienna, OH.; five grandchildren, Wesley Wright, Alex Wright, Sydney Wright, Wyatt Wright, Mary Addyson Probasco; one brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Sandra Anderson of New Vienna, OH.; three nieces, Tami Greg Streber of New Vienna, OH., Terri Jeff Baker of Hamilton, OH., Tina Anderson of New Vienna, OH.; several other nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Rev. James Sollars will officiate with burial following in the Prospect Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
