David L. Free, 87 years of Washington C.H., OH., passed away, Saturday, October 1, 2022.
David was born February 27, 1935 in Frankfort, OH., the son of the late Harry M. and Blanche O. (George) Free.
Dave was a Quality Control Engineer where he retired from Robertshaw Controls. Dave coached Little League in Leesburg for many years and he himself was an avid Softball Player, playing on the Robertshaw softball team. Dave was an avid Duke Fan and sports memorabilia collector.
David is survived by two sons, Mark (Jayne) Free of Spanaway, WA. and Steven Free of Columbus, OH.; one daughter, Tammy Free. two grandchildren; two sisters, Joanne Freeman of West Carrollton, OH., Linda (Don) Puckett of Wilmington; three brothers, Larry (Wanda) Free, Roger (Pam) Free, Tom (Sharon) Free; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
No services will be observed. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
