David Lee Waits Sr., 64 years of Winchester, died Sunday, August 21, 2005 at his residence.
He was born in Hammersville, Ohio on June 28, 1941 the son of the late Bernard and Nellie Strebel Waits.
David was a retired truck driver and mechanic.
David leaves to mourn his passing his former wife Lula Prine, Waits Davis of Seaman, Oh. whom he married on June 14, 1960, their five children; Rick Angie Waits of Peebles, Oh., Lou Ann Jones of Winchester, Oh., David Carol Waits, Jr. of Hillsboro, Oh., Patti Mark Lowe of Peebles, Oh. and Kevin Waits of Winchester, Oh., seven granchildren; Aimee & Levi Waits of Peebles, Oh., Niki & Samantha Jones of Winchester, Oh., Brittany Waits of Hillsboro, Oh., Casie & Zachary Lowe of Peebles, Oh. two brothers; Rodney Mary Waits and Mike Sandy Waits of Mt. Orab, Oh., three sisters; Georgia Jim Boyd, June Rich Novak and Barbara Sam Moler all of Mt. Orab, Oh., several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester.
Burial will follow in the Mt. Orab Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
