Dawson N. Blythe, 92 years of Peebles, died Friday, November 26, 2004 at the Eagle Creek Nursing Center.
He was born in Adams County on December 16, 1911 the son of Scott and Bertha Malone Blythe.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Myrtle McGowan Blythe on December 19, 1996.
He was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union.
He us survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne and Carl Thomas of Ypsilanti, MI., Phyllis and Bob Powell of Peebles, one grandson, Tony Powell and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union with Dave Hopkins and Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
