Debbie Adkins, age 54 of Otway, passed away Monday, November 10, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

She was born in Adams County, Ohio on January 1, 1960.

She is survived by her mother, Grace Samples of Peebles; husband, Jeff Adkins of Otway; one daughter and son-in-law, Alisha and Donnie Ferguson of Otway; four sisters, Gail Sandlin of West Union, Mary Samples of Peebles, Darlene Grooms of Manchester, and Pat Sandlin of Somerset, Kentucky; and two grandchildren, Austin and Ethan.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with JD Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
