Debora K. "Debbie" Duff, 64 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday October 6, 2019.
She was born in Wilmington on July 1, 1955, the daughter of the late Carl Ayres and Doris Jean (Bloom) Ayres.
Debbie graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1973, studied at Eastern Kentucky University, worked for 10 years at the Hillsboro K-Mart and was a member of the Hillsboro First Baptist Church.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Jerry Duff, whom were married on August 13, 1977, two sons, Brian (April) Duff of Hillsboro and Kristopher Duff of Williston, ND, two daughters, Lauren Elizabeth (Garrett) Mullett of Greeley, CO and Katie (Todd) Thomas of Baton Rouge, LA , 14 grandchildren, brother, Phillip (Tracey) Ayres of Hillsboro, uncles and aunts: Donald Ayres of Winchester, Ralph and Ruth Bloom of Hillsboro and Nancy Green of Hillsboro and several cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday October 11, 2019 at the Hillsboro First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the New Market Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday October 10, 2019 at the church.
Thompson Funeral Home is taking care of the family.
