Debra Ann Foster, 50 years of Winchester, died Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at the U.C. Medical Center in Cincinnati.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on January 11, 1955 the daughter of Anna Mary Ruggles and Dale ?Pop? Pence and Tom and Shirley Foster.
She was a secretary for Farmers Mutual Insurance Company and past secretary for Happy Hours School.
Debbe is survived by her two sisters and brother-in-law, Teresa Chaney, Mary Beth and Terry Louderback, half sister, Jennifer Johnson, step brother, Dennis Pence, uncles, Bill Foster and Robert Ruggles, great aunt, Marjorie Roush, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester with Joe Stenger officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
