Debra Elaine Strickland, 50 years of Peebles, died Sunday, November 27, 2005 at the Scioto Memorial Hospital.
She was born at Greenwood South Carolina on January 3, 1955 the daughter of Thad E. and Bettie Tench Strickland.
She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Beside her parents she is survived by one son David Charles Finch of North Carolina, two daughters and sons-in-law, Shannon F. and Chad Sloan of North Carolina, Michelle L. and Brad Stroup of Peebles, three brothers, Thad Strickland Jr., Michael Strickland, and Jimmy Strickland all of North Carolina four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union under the direction of the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home with Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union Church.
