Deloris Allen, 76 years of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Highland District Hospital.
She was born at Little Paint, Kentucky on February 8, 1939 the daughter of the late Adrian and Melissa (Hurt) Webb. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Freddie L. Gabbard and Melvin Allen; two brothers, Claude Webb and Don Rae Webb; one sister, Phyllis Webb.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter Wanda (James) Christman, Jr., of Peebles, son, William A. "Bill" Gabbard and fiancé, Sheila Watts of Hillsboro; three sisters, Virgie Williams of Groveland, FL., Carolyn (Donnie Porter) Holton of Hillsboro, Ethel M. Mascus of Cincinnati, grandchildren, Jeremy (Bridget Fisher) Wiensheimer, Nathan (Anita Biechler) Christman, Brian Christman, Holli L. Gabbard, Cindy Weinsheimer, Traci R. Gabbard, Molli B. Bennette, Christa Allman, Sara Fisher, great grandchildren, Jaden Brenten, Nathan Weinsheimer, Milli Bennette, Ian Hill, Nick Hostettler, Kate Hostettler.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 27, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Dr. Dan Lamb officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
