Deron E. Reed, 36 years of Peebles, died Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at his residence.
He was born in West Union, Ohio on August 22, 1966 the son of Gene and Dot Cook Reed.
He was a member of the Peebles Methodist Church. He was a drummer with various rock bands. He was owner of the American Star Agency.
He is survived by his parents, Gene and Dot Reed of Peebles, sons, Jagger Reed of Peebles, Chad Johnson Reed of Georgetown, Kentucky, brothers, Fred Reed of Lima, Dan Reed of Scottsdale, Arizona, fiancée, Denise Bourne of Cincinnati, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Peebles Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Peebles Methodist Church.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of arrangements.
