Donald Harold Eversole, 65 years of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at the VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was born February 9, 1943 at East Bernstadt, Kentucky, the son of the late Albert and Minnie Horn Eversole. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Rhoads Eversole on September 26, 1998, also 5 brothers, Ray, Carlos, Jesse, Earl and Elmer Eversole, 1 sister, Clara Reed.
Donald served his Country in the U.S. Air Force during the Viet-Nam Era.
He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Mona Eversole of Seaman, OH., two daughters and son-in-law, Sheila Garner and Fiance Paul Batchelor of Greenfield, OH and Tammy and Steve Brown, Jr. of Greenfield, OH., step son and wife, Mike and Theresa Stanforth of LaBelle, FL., two sisters, Doris Reed of Somerset, KY and Cindy Delph of London, KY., 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Pastor Dennis Patterson will officiate.
Burial with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
