Doris S. Bolton, 91 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
She was born in Appanoose County, Iowa on January 17, 1913 the daughter of the late William Oliver and Gracie Avangeline Ely Day.
She was a life-long member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Bolton, who passed away in 1993, son, Leroy Enke, and three brothers.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Enke of Chillicothe, five grandchildren, Teresa Boone of Hillsboro, Kelly Nasedo of Columbus, Ohio, Stacey Stafford of Columbus, Robin Wilson of Saudi Arabia, Sean Enke of Chillicothe, ten great grandchildren, Courtney Lovejoy of Chillicothe, Catlin and Dylan Mackin, Tyler Stafford, Andrew, Mitchell, Anna, and Piper Nasedo all of Columbus, Olivia Wolford and Benjamin Boone of Hillsboro, one great great grandson, Isaiah Lovejoy, and five sisters, Hazel, Doreene, Fern, Eldora, and Ruby.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2004 at 4:00 P.M. at the residence of Teresa Boone, 7138 Wagon Wheel Trail, Hillsboro, OH 45133 with Rev. Mark Wilkinson officiating. Inurnment of cremains will be in the Floral Hills Cemetery, Waverly, Ohio.
Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
