Dorothy I. Farquer, 91 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday March 21, 2016 at the Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born in Steubenville, OH on January 10, 1925, the daughter of the late Finley and Della Lee (West) Newburn. Besides her parents; she was also preceded by her husband, Lawrence E. Farquer on March 3, 1993, two sons, Finley Farquer and Larry Farquer and one sister, Betty Baldwin.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Wanda Steffen of Falmouth, KY, six grandchildren, Hopper, Lorraine, Joey, Shelley, Shari and Gary, several great grandchildren and special friends, Lynn Smith and Family of Hillsboro, Jayne Cox and Family of Hillsboro and Bob Wagner and Family of Hillsboro.
Services will be 2:00 PM Friday March 25, 2016 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at 12:00 PM until time of service on Friday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
