Dorothy Lewis, 89 years of Seaman, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 18, 1921 the daughter of the late Thomas and Nellie Hersman Chard.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Benjamine Lewis, who passed away in 1989.
She is survived by three daughters; Rose, Missy, and Leeann.
Cremation is to take place with no services scheduled at this time. Wallace-Thompson Funeral Homes, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman is in charge of the arrangements.
