Dorothy E. Maggard

Dorothy E. Maggard, 93 years of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born in Rising Fawn, GA. on September 10, 1919 the daughter of the late B. and Lillie Russell Hedrick. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Maggard, one son Rev. John Maggard, two daughters, Virgie J. Jones and Bertie Mae Alcorn.
She is survived by four sons, Rev. James Kitty Maggard of Franklin, William Darlene Maggard of Germantown, Rev Robert Beverly Maggard of Carlisle, Thomas Shirley Maggard of Carlisle, one daughter-in-law, Patricia Maggard of Hillsboro; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Full Gospel Outreach Church, 6898 Middletown-Germantown Road, Middletown, Ohio 45042. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery at Miamisburg.
Friends may call on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro and on Friday from 11:00 AM till time of service at 1:00 PM at the Church.
