She was born in Adams County, OH
on October 3, 1931 the daughter of the late Russell and Leona Purtee Hall.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #142.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Becky Miller of Portsmouth, two daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and Jim Harley of Columbus, Beverly and John Valentine of Sunberry, one brother Russell Hall of Portsmouth and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at the Locust Grove Cemetery with Jim Chandler officiating.
Visitation will be at the convenience of the family.
