Dorothy Irene Roush

Dorothy Irene Roush, 85 years of Lynchburg died Monday, June 25, 2012 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born at Richmond, KY on February 11, 1927 the daughter of the late Grover C. and Mary Bryant Richardson. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Roush in 1998, one great granddaughter, Courtney Nicole Roush and several brothers and sisters.
She was a member of the New Vienna Church of Christ and attended Leesburg Church of Christ, a 40 year member of the Order Eastern Star.
She is survived by two sons, Leonard "Rick" and Jo Ann Roush Sr. of Hillsboro, Terry and Michelle Roush Sr. of Lynchburg; three grandsons, Terry Brandy Roush Jr., of Lynchburg, Rick Roush Jr., of Milford and Jason Roush of Boston, MA, three great grandchildren; and one sister, Charity Lakes of FL; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 AM till time of services at 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Washington Church of Christ or the Leesburg Church of Christ, Leesburg
