Mary Dorothy Williamson Peart Williams, 90 years of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully at her residence on March 9, 2013.
She was born in Adams County on January 6, 1923, the daughter of the late Henry Spencer and Iva Hill Williamson. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Keneth A. Peart, who died in 1969, her second husband Charles H. Williams, who died in 1994, one step-son Charles H. Williams, Jr., and special friend Daryl Vance.
She was a member of Hillsboro Church of Christ, Hillsboro Garden Club, New Petersburg Social Civic Club, Hillsboro Women's Club, Hardin's Creek Ladies Aid.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Smyth of CT; step daughter, Katherine Boller of Cincinnati; several step grandchildren and dear friend Linda Vance.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Hillsboro Church of Christ. Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at the Springlawn Cemetery at Williamsport, Ohio
Friends may call on Monday evening from 5:00-8:00 PM at Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro and on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM till time of service at 11:00 AM at the Hillsboro Church of Christ.
