Douglas E. White, 53 years of Hillsboro, died Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Bethesda North Hospital.
He was born in Huntington, W. VA., on May 9, 1957 the son of the late Arvel R. White and Margaret Elkins Brinkley.
He was a member of the Northview Baptist Church, worked for 21 years at White�s Cake Box, 10 years at ABX and was an avid musician and had played in several bands.
On May 25, 1991 he was united in marriage to Brenda Tolle White who survives, one son, Ryan Scott White of Hillsboro, mother and step father, Jackie and Walter Brinkley of Hillsboro, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Amelia and Jerry Robinson of Hillsboro, Rebecca and Dwayne Hawkins of Hillsboro, Brenda and Brett Howland of Hillsboro, mother-in-law, Dolly Arledge of Hillsboro, father-in-law, Paul Sherry Tolle of New Vienna, two nephews, Scott Robinson, Daniel Hawkins, four nieces, Jacklyn Tyler Fite, Christina Kisling, Faith Hawkins, TonyaBrianHall, several great nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Northview Baptist Church with Brother Kenny Cousar officiating. Burial will follow in the Sabina Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday evening from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
