Dwayne W. Thompson, 18 years of West Union, died Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in Georgetown, Ohio on April 24, 1984 the son of Dwayne E. and Ruth Newman Thompson.
He is survived by his parents, Dwayne E. and Ruth Thompson of West Union, maternal grandmother, Myra Hesler of Dayton, maternal great grandmother, Anna Newman of Peebles, maternal step grandfather, Jim Hesler of Dayton, paternal grandfather, Robert Thompson of Otway, paternal grandmother, Rebecca Blanton of Blue Creek, paternal great grandparents, James and Edna Parker of Peebles, paternal great grandmother, Evelyn Boldman of Otway, brother, Jeremiah Thompson of West Union, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 27, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Pete Francis and Randy Hayslip officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
