Earl G. Schneider, Sr., 63 years of Pataskala, passed away Friday, October 2, 2009 at the Chillicothe Veteran Hospital.
He was born in Barberton, Ohio on May 12, 1946 the son of the late Robert Lee and Evelyn Hoyt Schneider.
Earl retired from the Newark Air Force Base, owned and operated Frog Leg Charter, Early Start Charter, and C&E Special Transport.
He is survived by his wife of fifteen years Cheryl Miller Schneider, children Lori Eberhard, Earl G. Schneider, Jr., Clarissa Schneider, Lynn Thorpe and Melodi Tyler Barnes, siblings Harriett John Watson, Bob Mona Schneider, Bill Kay Schneider, Alma Sellers, India Dan Oestricher, Karen Bobby Meier, mother-in-law Norma Liles, grandchildren Danielle, Bradley, Lauren, and Bailey, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Richard Lloyd officiating. Military Rites will be given by the Adams County Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home in Pataskala and on Wednesday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
