Edith Rowe, 87 years of Seaman, passed away Friday, October 8, 2010 at Eagle Creek Nursing Center.
She was born in Pike County, Kentucky on February 18, 1923 the daughter of the late Tom and Thelma Michael Blair.
Edith attended the Lawshe House of Prayer.
She is survived by her husband; Eugene Rowe of Seaman, two sons; John Rowe of Seaman and Jimmy Rowe of Illinois, two brothers; Berlin Blair of Hillsboro and Linzy Blair of Tennessee, three sisters; Ruth Allen of Wilmington, Carol McIntosh of Peebles, and Sharon Karnes of Illinois, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Kelly McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow in Lawshe Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
