Edith Irene Wright, 66 years of New Vienna, died Sunday, October 6, 2002 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
She was born February 13, 1936 in Hillsboro, the daughter of the late Carman and Sarah Edna Locke Taylor.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David Elwood Wright on March 18, 1996 and two sisters.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Donald and Susan Wright of New Vienna, Jonathan Wright of Blanchester, two daughters and sons-in-law, Gale and Randy Goad of Middletown, Maryland, Judy and Rick Culbertson of Wilmington, brother, Carman Dickie Huddleston of Lynchburg, three sisters, Ruby Bowen of Hillsboro, Marilyn Rhoads of Findlay, Carolyn Rhoads of New Vienna, thirteen grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at 3:00 PM at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the High Top Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 1:30 until 3:00 PM at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
