Elma Loreene Frazer, 93 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, April 20, 2003 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born September 12, 1909 in Adams County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Herman and Nora Walker Gall.
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband DeWitt Harrison Frazer on June 11, 1970, son William H. Frazer on October 14, 2001, grandson Jerry Frazer, two sisters Coreene Bryant and Madlon Collins, brother Thomas Gall.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Lois and Gerald Newman of Hillsboro, son and daughter-in-law Jim and Joyce Frazer of Hillsboro, daughter-in-law Phyllis Frazer of Hillsboro. Eight grandchildren, Jane Toby Turner, David Newman, Steven Teresa Frazer, Bruce Susie Frazer, Susan Ron Eyre, all of Hillsboro, Jeff Melissa Frazer of Centerville, Ohio, Jay Terri Frazer of Hillsboro and Jill Mark Vidourek of Shelbyville, Kentucky. 21 Great Grandchildren. Brothers-in-law and Sister-in-law Lawrence and Margaret Frazer of Vandalia, Ohio, Hiram Smith of St. George, Utah, Sisters-in-law and Brother-in-law, Dorothy Gall of Leesburg, Melvina and Wallace Hard of Kettering, Ohio.
Loreene was a member of the Belfast United Methodist Church and was employed as a teachers aide in the Belfast School System for several years.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Pastor Ken Woleab will officiate. Burial will follow in the Tranquility Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
