Elmer R. Gragg, 81 years of Piketon, died Friday, July 26, 2002 at the Pleasant Hill Manor Nursing Home in Piketon.
He was born in Scioto County on December 12, 1920 the son of Milton and Edith Swabey Gragg.
He worked in the Timber Business.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Charles and Harvey Gragg and 1 sister Bertha Gragg.
He is survived by three daughters, Shirley Merchant, Drucella Gragg, Francis Gragg and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at the Union Hill Church. with Rev. Carey Hilterbran and Rev. James McCann officiating. Burial will follow in the Harmon Cemetery near Rarden with military graveside services by the American Legion, Merritt Post #142 of Waverly, Ohio
Friends may call on Monday evening from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring and at the Union Hill Church on Tuesday from 12:00 noon till service time at 1:00 P.M.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Ohio, 1248 Kinney?s Lane, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662
