Estalena Swayne

Estalena Swayne, 83 years of Peebles, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center.
She was born in Delbarton, West Virginia on September 29, 1929 the daughter of the late Elias and Maude Hatfield Stepp.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Swayne, who passed away on December 15, 1978.
Estalena attended Union Hill Church and was a member of the Sinking Spring Order of Eastern Star Leighton Chapter #521.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Alton and Mary, Rayburn and Joanne, and Jeff and Karen Swayne all of Peebles, two brothers; Troy Stepp of Sandusky and Ernie Stepp of Cincinnati, two sisters; Sallie Griggs of Norwalk, Ohio and Pearl Adams of Sandusky, 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Union Hill Church with Phil Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Union Hill Church. Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
