Evelyn L. Cox, 72 years of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022.
Evelyn was born in Hillsboro on January 31, 1952, the daughter of the late Charles V. Poole and Elma (Parr) Dotson. Beside her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Lee Cox.
Evelyn is survived by one sister, Betty (Eldon) Clark of Hillsboro; two brothers, James (Kathy) Poole of Hillsboro and Michael (Peggy) Dotson of Hillsboro; special friend, Tim Sturdivan; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
There is no service or visitation. Burial will be in the Fairfax Cemetery at the Convenience of the Family.
Memorials may be made in Evelyn's memory to the donor's favorite charity.
