Florence Marie, 81 years of Hillsboro, died on Tuesday Novemeber 13, 2012 at her residence.
She was born in Darke County on April 15, 1931, the daughter of the late Charles E. and Melissa Ellen Root Drake. She is also preceded in death by one daughter Connie Sue Myers, four brothers, Paul,
Ralph, Albert and Harold Drake and two sisters, Goldie Yount, Lucille Baxter.
She is survived by her husband Raymond Large, one son, Steven Ray Karen Large of Goshen Indiana, One daughter, Linda Tom Holland of Hillsboro, one sister, Alvenia Carpenter of West Chester, 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday November 16, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Dr. Dan Lamb Officiating. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Memory Gardens in Hillsboro.
Friends may call on Friday from 12:00 P.M. till time of service at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorial may be made to the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church, 8080 St. Rt. 124, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133
