Floyd David "Dave" Berry, 67 years of New Vienna, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
Dave was born June 11, 1955 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Floyd Francis and Hattie Marie (Ramsey) Berry. Beside his parents, Dave was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Fenton and Nellie Adams.
Dave worked for the Hillsboro Police Department for 16 years, Highland County Water Company, Village Administrator for Lynchburg, DHL and prior to retirement worked security for Wilmington College.
Dave is survived by his wife, Connie (Smith) Berry; two sons, Shawn Berry of Greenfield, David (Tisha) Berry of Hillsboro; one daughter, Kelly Berry Lowe of Leesburg; three step sons, Russell (Dawn) Renner of Hillsboro, Steve Renner of Bethel, Branden (Alexis) Day of Crittenden, KY.; step daughter, Crystal (Jeremy) Hess of Denver, CO.; seven grandchildren, Karleigh Berry, Kyleigh Berry, Tyler Berry, Emily Berry, Hayleigh Lowe, Ryleigh Lowe, Jocee Smith; one great grandson, Easton Boughner; eight step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Berry Kessinger of Hillsboro, Lou Rosselott of FL.; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
