Forrest C. Shoemaker

Forrest C. Shoemaker, 72 years of Otway, died Sunday, May 25, 2003 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
He was born in Adams County, Ohio on June 14, 1930 the son of the late Charles and Agnes Boyd Shoemaker.
He was a Clerk for the United States Government and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by two sisters, Betty Windle of South Vienna, Ohio, Laura Free of Otway, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Wylie Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
