Frances Louderback Young, 82 years of Peebles, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Hillcrest Nursing Home.
She was born in Lewis County, Kentucky on April 9, 1928 the daughter of the late Orville and Nora Jordan Roe.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband; Jim Louderback, who passed away on September 9, 1970, second husband; Robert Young, who passed away on December 22, 2010, two brothers, and two sisters.
Frances attended Peebles Church of Christ, was a teacher for Peebles High School, and a member of the Order of Eastern Star Peebles Lodge # 396.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law; Lavonne and Burnell McCoy of Peebles and Debbie and Joe Ryan of Sinking Spring, two sisters; Velda Cooper of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Juanita Hanson of West Union, four grandchildren; Kacie McCoy, Joshua Ryan, Lanelle Stump, and Ashlee Cheesbo, five great grandchildren; Tyler, McKinlee, and Paxton Ryan, Landree and Cole Stump, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Bill Christman officiating. Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
