Francis H. Cochran, 87 years of Norwood, died Thursday, May 1, 2003 at his residence.
He was born in Bowersville, Ohio on January 31, 1916 the son of the late Howard and Donna Hoover Cochran.
He was a mechanic at John Nolan Ford.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Hemming Cochran, who passed away on October 25, 2000, son, John Cochran, who passed away in 1982, and one brother, Homer Cochran.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Carl Williamson of Norwood, brother, Robert Cochran of Peebles, eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2003 at 12:00 P.M. at the Locust Grove Cemetery with Larry Shiveley speaking. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 11:00 until time of service at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
