Frank L. Black, 75 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday December 12, 2022.
He was born in Bethel on February 20, 1947, the son of the late Lloyd and Fannie (Newman) Black. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by his sister, Myrtle Black, brother-in-law, James Stinson and sister-in-law, Donna Zahn.
Frank was a 1965 graduate from Eastern Local High School, worked at Moon Tractor for 48 years, was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene, enjoyed gardening, wood working, fishing and spending time with family.
Frank is survived by his wife, Cindy (Wallace) Black, daughters, Amy (Todd) Daugherty of Hillsboro, Melinda Black of Hillsboro and Shelley (Terry) Blair of Bastrop, TX, three grandchildren, Matthew (Adena) Partin, II, Michael Partin and Hayden Blair, three great grandchildren, Molly, Alice and Daniel Partin, brother, Donald Black of Hillsboro, sister, Evelyn Stinson of Hillsboro, nephews, James (Teresa) Stinson of Xenia and Lawrence Stinson of Hillsboro, mother-in-law, Connie (Don) Wilson of Hillsboro, sister-in-law, Debbie (Steve) Taylor, several cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday December 19, 2022 at the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow at the Dunn's Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11:00 AM until time of services on Monday at the church.
