Frank R. Grover, 82 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Tuesday March 20, 2018 at the Highland District Hospital.
He was born in Hillsboro on September 22, 1935, the son of the late Floyd and Helen (Patton) Grover. Beside his parents he was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Grover.
Frank worked as a farmer and auctioneer and also worked for Rotary Forms. He was a member of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church and the Highland Lodge F & A.M. #38, Kentucky Colonel, Ohio National Guard and an Honorary member of the Hillsboro FFA Chapter.
Frank is survived by his wife, Rita (Ripley) Grover, son, John (Kristi) Grover of Hillsboro, daughter, Beverly Grover of Hillsboro, step-sons, Daniel Snyder of Freeport and Dale Snyder of Millersburg, step-daughter, Regina (Rick) Davis of Big Praire, sister, Ruth Scott of Leesburg, three grandchildren, Leighton, Lauren and Lana, three step-grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Dale Jr., and Michael Allen and five great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Friday March 23,2018 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Marshall Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday March 22, 2018 at the Thompson Funeral Home with Masonic Services starting at 8:00 PM.
