Fred A. Breakfield, 72 years of Hillsboro passed away on Friday October 14, 2016 at The Laurels of Hillsboro.
He was born in Wilmington, OH on December 15, 1943, the son of the late William S. and Virginia (Wical) Breakfield. Besides his parents, he was also preceded by his son, David Paul Breakfield, brother, Denver Lee Breakfield and brother-in-law, John Hawes.
Fred was a member of the Highland Coon Hunters of Hillsboro and Son's of the AM VETS #61 of Hillsboro.
Fred is survived by his wife, Margaret (Stites) Breakfield, whom were married on December 7, 1963, son, Darrell (Darla) Breakfield of Fort Wayne, IN, daughter, Kimberly Ann (Ronald) Lutz of Jamestown, OH, brother, Robert Breakfield of Lucasville, two sisters, Barbara Hawes of Lucasville and Joanna (Jerry) Brewington of Alabama, four grandchildren, Dustin (Hannah) Lutz, Derick Lutz, Chelsee Breakfield and Evan Breakfield, one great granddaughter, Ellie Violet Lutz, brother-in-law, Richard Stites of Hillsboro and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Graveside Service will be Saturday May 20, 2017 , 3:00 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Port William.
