Fred Sumner Haynes, 63 years of Hillsboro, died Monday, September 12, 2011 at his residences.
He was born on April 16, 1948 at Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Oliver Hart and Elise Parrish Haynes Sr.
He was a Laboratory Technician and a Veteran of the Viet-Nam Era.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Hopkins Haynes of Hillsboro; one son Travis Haynes at home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Katherine and Michael Thomas of Hillsboro; Melissa and Michael Schellinger of Hillsboro, Nichole and Drew Wharton of Centerville; one brother, Oliver H. Haynes, Jr. Williamsburg, VA.; eight grandchildren
According to Fred's wishes he wanted to be cremated with no visitation or services.
The Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
