Garnett Stricklett Troutman, 93 years of Seaman, died Sunday, February 22, 2004 at the Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on October 9, 1910 the daughter of the late Alvin Greenwood and Annice Belle Ogle Stricklett.
She was a member of the Silverwood Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, and the Search Lite Club of Seaman.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Lee Troutman, who passed away in 1979, one daughter, Patricia Ann Brown, one sister, Anna Lee Davis, and one grandson, Gary Moore.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Evelyn Troutman of Amelia, daughters and sons-in-law, Kathryn and Jim Williams of Amelia, Eva and Don Bright of Cincinnati, sisters, Faye Phipps of Dayton, Thelma Barnett of Zanesville, brother-in-law, Paul McCormick of Wilmington, thirteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Dr. Kenneth Read officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
