George A. Hanshaw, 56 years of Seaman, passed away on Sunday June 12, 2016 at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
He was born in Adams County on November 22, 1959, the son of the late Arthur and Millie (Evans) Hanshaw.
George served in the United States Army.
George is survived by his wife, Karen (Fletcher) Hanshaw, daughter, Autumn Allinson of Connecticut, step-son, Robb Harris of Texas, three brothers, Robert Hanshaw of Seaman, Arthur Hanshaw, Jr. of Seaman and Harland Hanshaw of Seaman, and two sisters, Shirley Muncy of Peebles and Paula Fulk of Peebles.
On behalf of George's wish, he is too be cremated and a service will be held at the convenience of the family.
