Gertrude M. Crank, 95 years of Winchester, died Saturday, April 17, 2004 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing Home.
She was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky on October 25, 1908 the daughter of the late Albert and Sally McGuffy Dishon.
She was a member of the Winchester Baptist Church.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Crank, who passed away in 1974, four sons, Homer, Sam, Eugene, and Arthur Crank, and seven brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, William and Betty Crank of Winchester, Logan and Carol Crank of Cincinnati, Jessie and Sandra Crank of Williamsburg, daughter, Mary Ann Hazlett of Winchester, sisters, Susie DeBord of Cherry Fork, Dorothy James of Charleston, Indiana, thirty-four grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and numerous great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Winchester Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Bankhead officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester.
