Glenith Almeda Icard

Glenith Almeda Icard, 90 years of Sardinia, died Monday, February 26, 2007 at her residence.
She was born in South Charleston, West Virginia on September 30, 1916 the daughter of the late Major Leslie and Margurite Barrett Webster.
She was a member of the Hollowtown Church of Christ. She worked for Robertshaw Controls.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman T. "Ike" Icard, who passed away on July 24, 1982, and step son, Thomas Icard.
She is survived by her step daughter-in-law, Glenda Icard, three step grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Larry Herdman officiating. Burial will follow in the Sardinia Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to charity of choice.
