Glenna T. Lindsey, 81 years of Washington Court House passed away on Wednesday May 21, 2014 at the Court House Manor.
She was born in Locust Grove, OH on August 14, 1932, the daughter of the late J. Russell and Mildred Lawrence Tener. Besides her parents she was preceded by her husband Charles C. Lindsey and sister Willa Jean Coulter.
Glenna was a member at the Conaway Chapel Church and attended Grace Community Church in Washington C.H.. Glenna started her banking career at Farmers & Traders Bank in Hillsboro, moved to the Fayette County Bank and returned to Star Bank in Hillsboro.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Russell Keith and Debra Lindsey of Washington C.H.; two grandchildren Jay Russell Jessica Lindsey of Washington C.H. and Candis Javin Lindsey-Thomas of Washington C.H.; two sisters and brothers-in-laws Martha and Eugene Herdman of Locust Grove and Elizabeth and Bob Fulton of Hillsboro, four nieces and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 Noon P.M. Saturday May 24, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Phil Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at 10:00 A.M. until time of service on Saturday May 24, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
