Glenna L. Reno, 70 years of Peebles, died Tuesday, August 6, 2002 at the U.C. Hospital in Cincinnati.
She was born in Bluecreek, Ohio on February 6, 1932 the daughter of Earl and Pearl Foughty Bailey.
She was a member of the Mt. Calvary Church in Winchester, and the Peebles Lioness Club.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Bailey, one brother, Daryl Chamblin, and one sister, Jean Turner.
She is survived by her husband of fifty years, James Reno of Peebles, mother, Pearl Chamblin of Peebles, sons and daughter-in-law, James C. and Julie Reno of Peebles, William J. Reno of Loveland, daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and John Brath of Goshen, brother, Gary Chamblin of Peebles, sisters, Sue Smith of Peebles, Ruth Ellen Thornberry of Cincinnati, Trudy Johnson of Peebles, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Rev. Jerry Holbrook officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
