Gloria Myers, 65 years of Peebles, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009 at her residence.
She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on November 17, 1943 the daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie Meadows Lane.
She is survived by her husband Donald Myers, Sr. of Peebles, whom she married on March 25, 1961, son and daughter-in-law Donald and Stacy Myers, Jr. of Winchester, daughter Donna Thorp of Peebles, brother Eddie Lane of Peebles, sisters Patty Lane of Xenia, Brenda Smith of Xenia, and Josephine Reed of Fairfield, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. at the Peebles Life Squad Building with Dave Hopkins officiating.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M. at the Peebles Life Squad Building. The Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
