Born in Springfield on June 13, 1932 son of Jasper N. Penn and Mildred Penn Reed.
He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the AMVETS. He retired from Krogers in Kettering where he was produce manager.
Preceded in death by ex-wife, Juanita Marie Penn.
Survived by sister, Alberta Bob Rapp, Springfield, adopted daughter, Lisa Dawn Hulbert, Hillsboro, he resided with Patricia E. Vincent and family, his daughter of the heart, Kettering, step daughter, Linda Stockstill, several grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services on Thursday, July 10, 2003, 2:00 P.M., Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio, where friends may call from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M., Thursday. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
