Harry E. Duffield, Sr., 68 years of Hillsboro, OH. died Sunday, December 7, 2008 at his residence.
He was born June 11, 1940 in Dayton, OH, the son of the late Harry D. "George" and Mildred Blevins Duffield. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, James Duffield.
Harry was a member of the Hillsboro Church of God, owned and operated Hillsboro Plastering and Construction until his retirement.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Karl Totton of Hillsboro; three sons, Steven Duffield of Florida, Harry Duffield, Jr. of Bainbridge, James Duffield of Florida; one sister, Francis Cadwallader of Hillsboro; 9 grandchildren.
Celebration of Life will be held 5:00 P.M. Thursday, December 18, 2008 at the Hillsboro Church of God.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until service time.
Inurnment of cremains will be at the Bainbridge Cemetery at the conveninece of the family.
Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro in charge of arrangements.
