Helen Faye Mastin, 75 years of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday September 30, 2015 at her residence.
She was born in Estill County, KY on August 11, 1940, the daughter of the late Ernest and Leona (Fairchild) Nickell. Besides her parents she was also preceded by one grandson, Donald Richard Mastin.
Helen is survived by her husband Charles Mastin, whom were married on March 28, 1957, five sons, Kenneth (Faith) Mastin of Hillsboro, Larry Mastin of Fayetteville, Eddie (Angie Blair) Mastin of Fayetteville, Donald Mastin of Fayetteville and Charles Mastin of Newtonsville, daughter, Connie Ison of Mt. Orab, three brothers, Paul (Ruth) Nickell of Williamsburg, Winston (Jeannette) Nickell of Mainville and Billy (Ruth) Nickell of Bainbridge Island, WA, 16 grandchildren: Sandy (Rusty) McCulley, Allen Mastin, Jessica (Jack) Stowers and 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 P.M. Tuesday October 6, 2015 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery in Fayetteville with Pastor Robert Miller officiating.
Friends may call at 1:00 P.M. until time of service on Tuesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
